Why IB?
Internationalisation plays an increasing role in modern societies both economically, technologically, politically, and culturally, and in the future there will be a growing demand for young people who have had an international education already in secondary school. The IB-programme provides high professional knowledge within essential subjects. It adopts an international perspective in its subject descriptions, and it enables the students to communicate their knowledge in the language of instruction: English.
More and more people spend a number of years abroad, which means that their children go to international schools for part of - or all - their primary education. IB is a possibility to get an international secondary education in a Danish environment.
The two-year IB diploma programme is offered in more than 90 countries. It is a comprehensive and challenging pre-university course that qualifies for further education all over the world, including, of course, Denmark.
